Ive never had much of a plan when I run, I just go out and do it. Now that Im planning to run a half marathon, thats not going to cut it. Ive always used map my run to track my workouts and its been great to tell me what Ive done but it doesnt tell me what I SHOULD be doing. Im really loving Gipis so far, the training plan was customized for me and its working out great.
A couple of quibbles: Id like to be able to export my training plan, there should be an easier way to switch between metric and imperial, and Id like to be able to share my workouts by email or text message instead of just Facebook or twitter.
Overall, Im really impressed with Gipis and Im looking forward to using it more
