Very good

I start to use it 3 weeks ago the only thing that i missed was the possibility to create 2 trainings. Sometimes we have two important run and the date are close we are not sure how to prioritize if we have the possibility to create 2 training plans it would help!

Its a very good virtual trainer

I liked the marathon training plan very much, very professional! I am wandering if the designer could add some more voice cue options such as make an alert every km and at the end of the workout could give a sentence more cheerful instead of only a "bing".

Ive been trying out a ton of running/training Apps latley and Im loving this one so far! It gives you realistic plans you can stick to. You can always push yourself to do more ;) Great app! Love it!

...and simple App. For me as a beginner to Running just Fine and seems to be a good Training Plan.

Potential!

Great idea and a good design. Doesnt support the iPhone 6 Plus resolution yet. Sometimes crashes (goes to Gipis home screen) when I try to mark a workout complete and always crashes when I try to upload it. So currently the app is pretty useless when it comes to tracking, but generating a running plan is nice.

Easy to use and stable. Im happy that I found Gipis and a personal and adaptive Training Plan.

Simple stable adaptive and for free

The app is pretty simple, the UI and interactions are still a bit primitive, but it serves well the scope. Training well organized and adaptive, and you dont pay a cent (yet?). Five star deserved, with the request of getting a better and more intuitive UX.

Marathon Runner, Gipis Thinks Otherwise

I deleted this app almost immediately. As I was plugging in my basic info and wanted to begin training for an upcoming marathon it refused to let me use the marathon plan because of my 3:55 marathon completion time. Suggesting that I reduce my running to a 1/2 marathon or less was just insulting.

Very nice app

I really like the app, it was easy to use from the first moment. I was looking for something to build a training program and this made it easier and more simple than I expected! The only disappointments I have it the fact that the work-outs are not marked as completed automatically when I do them and that I cant upload my stats to Runkeeper. Also, the FB uploads arent showing up for me. I understand this app is quite young though; Im confident these issues will be addressed very quickly.

Calendar Reminders

A few things that would be helpful- calendar reminders to take your measurements, schedule next workout, etc.

Deleted it - wouldnt load

Deleted this app shortly after installing - it wouldnt let me get past the "measurement" screen and was not user friendly. Also contained several typos that made things more confusing.

Minor issues

I created my plan on a Saturday and the resulting plan started earlier in the week. So I had already missed 2 workouts. I should be able to start the plan anytime. There should be a setting to use KM instead of miles.

Great plan

Ive never had much of a plan when I run, I just go out and do it. Now that Im planning to run a half marathon, thats not going to cut it. Ive always used map my run to track my workouts and its been great to tell me what Ive done but it doesnt tell me what I SHOULD be doing. Im really loving Gipis so far, the training plan was customized for me and its working out great. A couple of quibbles: Id like to be able to export my training plan, there should be an easier way to switch between metric and imperial, and Id like to be able to share my workouts by email or text message instead of just Facebook or twitter. Overall, Im really impressed with Gipis and Im looking forward to using it more

Better than most run aps

Ive tried a dozen run aps. Each season I use a new one to track & train as I prepare for next event (10k). This one is very user friendly. Allows you to choose a training plan that is easy or harder. I like the slower/faster voice cues, easy to read display and analytics post run. Its really helped me improve my pacing. The only drawback is if you want to go further after you complete the workout, pace doesnt display but it does show total time and av pace when you hit stop.

Amazing app

I have used others and I havent seen an app that helps you build so well toward your goal. I am running longer and faster than ever and it was by following my plan which is very specific, and has you working smart rather than hard. I was not about the Interval training and mixed intensity runs, but I trusted the app and am glad I did. Would love music control within.
